1. Minimum Commitment

Membership requires a minimum three (3) month commitment.

This timeframe exists because while you may experience small wins quickly, meaningful results typically require consistent application over at least three months.

After the three-month minimum period, your membership will automatically renew monthly until cancelled.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time after the three-month minimum has been completed.

Cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] or through your account on our website.

3. What’s Included

Access to a self-paced video library of training.

Members may request topics or specific training videos via email or through the website.

While we welcome requests, not all requests are guaranteed. We prioritise the most popular or widely beneficial topics and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate member feedback.

Membership does not include one-on-one consulting, Cornerstone AI, or access to additional templates and materials. These services are available separately.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage

All videos, materials, and trainings provided within the Portal are the intellectual property of Venture Mentors.

You may not copy, share, sell, or redistribute any content from the Portal without written permission.

Any unauthorised distribution may result in termination of access and legal action, including but not limited to court orders and financial damages.

5. Your Responsibility

The Portal is designed as a self-paced learning resource.

Your results will depend on your commitment, consistency, and application of the strategies taught.

Venture Mentors makes no guarantees of specific outcomes, revenue, or business success.

6. Payments & Renewals

Membership fees will be charged on a monthly basis in accordance with your chosen payment method.

After the three-month minimum, membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.

Failed payments may result in suspension of access until payment is received.

7. Feedback & Communication

We actively value your feedback and encourage you to share your experiences to help us improve.

8. Limitation of Liability

Venture Mentors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Portal.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the United States.
